The new blend of flax and rye, is a very well developed mix, which I would recommend to any baking company. The mix is very developed, and works very well with the products I make.
In my 35 years as a baker, for the first time the blend of rye and flax developed such a good dough for bread. Normally rye and flax are two enemies which do not mix well together, without bread flour.
